What motivates you every day?
Creating a life a younger version of me would be proud of, filled with growth, adventure, and meaningful experiences. I love embracing new opportunities, learning new skills, seeking out adventures, and finding joy in the little moments along the way.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
Snowboarding.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
Realizing that a role I had stepped into in the sales world wasn't the right path for me. Although it was difficult to acknowledge at the time, it became an important moment of growth. It pushed me to reflect on my strengths and what I truly enjoyed, ultimately leading me to INVST, where I've been able to grow, develop new skills, and find a role that aligns with my passions.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Trust yourself. Life will challenge you in ways you can't always predict, but your intuition will always guide you in the right direction. Stay true to who you are and have confidence in the choices you make.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I was born in Russia and lived there until I was 7 years old! Being connected to two cultures has given me a unique perspective and a genuine curiosity to learn about the world and the many cultures within it. I'm grateful to maintain a strong connection to my roots and carry forward the values that have shaped who I am today.
