What motivates you every day?
Two things drive me every day: my family, and the pursuit of personal and professional growth. I'm wired to improve - to close the gap between where I am and where I want to be, and to make the people I love proud along the way.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
Mastering probability. Every major action stems from an unseen decision tree of known and unknown variables, and on the other side of each choice lies a series of outcomes, each with its own odds. To read that map perfectly would be the ultimate edge: the ability to guide every decision toward its best possible outcome.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
I've been fortunate to avoid a true low point, but the most formative stretch was joining Invst right out of college and being handed responsibility far beyond my experience. Feeling like I had everything to prove pushed me to outwork the gap between what I knew and what the role demanded, and that pressure shaped how I operate to this day.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
You're going to be the youngest person in the room for a long time, so lean into it. That feeling that you're not experienced enough means you're developing, even if you can't see it yet. Keep showing up, stay humble, and trust that if you rise to the occasion, growth and success will follow.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I married my high school sweetheart, and these days our house is run by our two cats, Truro and Vienna.
