If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?

Personal - Barbecuing (I burn everything). Professional - Creating proposals for potential 401k opportunities.

What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?

Constantly moving around the country for my husband's career, I had to take a demotion every move we made (over 8). So, I had to work twice as hard to get back where I was each time we moved. The last move I worked my way up to a Regional Manager in the largest region in the company. Hard work always pays off.

What piece of advice would you give your younger self?

There will be ups and downs at every turn of your life, be prepared and keep your chin up. You will get through it, and with flying colors!!
