What motivates you every day?
I'm motivated every day by my family and a strong sense of responsibility to the people who count on me. I take pride in following through on my commitments, building lasting relationships and being someone clients and colleagues can depend on. Being a mom, helping others and making a positive impact is what drives me each day.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
I'd love to instantly master every language. Being able to connect with anyone, anywhere in the world without a translator would be incredible.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
One of the most defining moments in my career was unexpectedly losing a mentor and friend who had a tremendous impact on my professional growth. It challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, trust my own judgment, and become the same kind of dependable resource he had been for me. While it was a difficult loss, it ultimately gave me the confidence to grow as a professional and the perspective to support others the way I was once supported.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Believe in yourself as much as other people believe in you. Confidence comes from taking the next step, not from waiting until you feel ready. You don't have to have all the answers to be capable. Keep learning, ask questions, and remember that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I love restoring old furniture. There's something uniquely rewarding about finding a piece with character, bringing it back to life and giving it a fresh new purpose.
