What motivates you every day?
I love helping people, whether it be our clients or my coworkers, I want to make a positive impact every day.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
Understand what my children are talking about when they tell stories or talk about that one thing that happened that one time.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
It took me three months to find a job when we moved to LA. I felt like I would never get anything and was so discouraged. That is now just a blip on the radar. Good things take time and they are worth it.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Don't let negativity and others bring you down. Keep being happy positive Nicki no matter what.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I hold the record for the most made 3-pointers at my high school, Lima Bath, one of the winningest high school girls basketball programs in the state of Ohio.
