What motivates you everyday?
My family, first and foremost. They are everything to me. And at work, the opportunity to be a part of a culture where we always put others first. To be able to communicate our brand to the world through our people is a privilege. I get to see the amount of professionalism, care, strategy, and principles we put into every client interaction daily. Our team constantly challenges each other to keep to our standards and move from good to great in a way that builds trust and confidence at all levels. I believe we have the best team around.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
Singing. I'd love to grab a mic and belt out a song that brought people to tears.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
Starting a business where I didn't make a dime for the better part of two months. To see how my wife jumped in and believed in me, motivated me to keep pushing and break through. It made me realize success was going to be a team effort and as much as I thought it would be on my shoulders, I'd need the help of so many.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Don't rush through life always chasing the next thing. Stop and be present in all the moments in between. Smile and celebrate even the small wins. It is all a part of something much bigger that you can't see until you've done it and look back at the journey.
