What's involved in the I4B Value Acceleration Methodology™?
- Discover – In the first 90 days, we will establish or re-establish your vision and create alignment of business, personal, and financial goals. The deliverables from this stage are personal, financial, and business assessments, a range of value for your business, and prioritized actionable business and personal goals.
- Enhancement – During this stage, you perform simultaneous 90-day cycles for 6-9 months and implement the prioritized actionable business and personal goals from the Discovery Stage. The results from this stage are completion of those personal and business action plans – this is a big, productive phase with great returns.
- Decide – During this final stage, we help you answer the question, “Should I continue to accelerate and grow, or should I consider transitioning my business?” Here you decide to transition and implement an Exit Plan or return to the Enhancement stage to continue enhancing value and growth.
