What motivates you every day?
My family and the desire to continue growing, both personally and professionally. Building a life that my wife and kids can be proud of, and that pushes me to show up, work hard, and make the most of every opportunity.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
Play the banjo.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
My career low point was being unexpectedly laid off. Although it was an unforeseen challenge, it gave me the opportunity to reevaluate what motivates me each day and reflect on what I truly want from my career. Ultimately, it allowed me to refocus on pursuing a career that challenges me, aligns with my passions, and pushes me to become the best version of myself.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Focus on patience, trusting yourself, and understanding that your career doesn't have to follow a straight line. Be curious, not judgmental.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
In the span of just four months in 2019, my wife and I got married, bought our first home, and welcomed our son.
