About the Role

As our Investment Operations Specialist, you'll handle the critical investment, billing, and auditing transactions that help our clients achieve their dreams. In addition, you'll support our advisory team with the operational excellence they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Process client money movements, transfers, and account transactions with precision
• Manage daily trading operations and billing procedures
• Maintain client accounts in our portfolio management system
• Support new account setups and ensuring seamless client onboarding
• Collaborate with advisors and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Handle compliance tasks and audits

What We're Looking For

Qualifications + Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations
• Project management experience
• A track record of thriving in competitive, results-driven environments
• Exceptional communication skills (you'll be working with staff and advisors daily)
