What motivates you every day?

Serving my team and clients as a trusted advisor and leader.

If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?

Ai - This seems to be the wave of the future and becoming proficient will be a key skill for all of our team members.

What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?

My first adult-job was in sponsorship sales for an auto racing team, I learned the hard way that when the team sells through its inventory, the lowest man on the totem pole is the first to be cut loose. My takeaway was to make myself irreplaceable to the functionality of the team, company and clients.

What piece of advice would you give your younger self?

You have two ears and one mouth for a reason. Be quiet, listen more and learn from others.
