My desire to be a servant leader to others, make my family proud, and maximize the gifts that God has given me is what motivates me everyday day.

What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
The daily grind of college basketball taught me lessons on the mountain tops and the valleys that have helped me develop skills and traits that have carried over directly into the business world.

Be committed to the process without being emotionally attached to the results
