What motivates you every day?
What motivates me every day is the opportunity to continue growing, learning, and becoming a better version of myself. I believe there is always room to improve, both personally and professionally, and I enjoy challenging myself to be better than I was yesterday.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
If I could instantly master one skill, it would be painting. It's a hobby I enjoy because it allows me to be creative, unwind, and express myself in a different way than I do in my day-to-day work.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
A career low point for me was going through a period of unexpected change and uncertainty. While it was challenging at the time, it pushed me outside of my comfort zone, helped me develop resilience, and ultimately led me to opportunities that better aligned with my goals and strengths.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
I would tell my younger self to never give up and to keep believing that things can get better. Life doesn't always go according to plan, but perseverance, hope, and a willingness to keep moving forward can open doors you never expected.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I'm always working on some kind of creative project. In my free time, I enjoy painting, knitting, baking, cooking with new ingredients, building miniatures, and just about any type of craft. I love learning new skills and creating things with my hands.
