What motivates you every day?
I love helping people protect what matters most to them. Whether it's a family, a business owner, or someone planning for the future, I enjoy building relationships and providing guidance that gives clients confidence and peace of mind.
If you could instantly master one skill, what would it be?
I would love to instantly master speaking multiple languages. I enjoy traveling and connecting with people from different backgrounds, and being able to communicate with anyone, anywhere in the world would be incredible.
What is a career "low point" that actually set you up for success?
Some of the biggest career transitions I've experienced felt uncertain at the time, but they ultimately pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me grow. Those experiences taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of trusting the process when new opportunities arise.
What piece of advice would you give your younger self?
Trust yourself and don't be afraid to take calculated risks. Growth rarely happens when you're comfortable, and some of the best opportunities come from stepping into the unknown.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I've somehow managed to build careers in insurance, law, and wine — and genuinely enjoy all three. Most days involve at least one interesting story from one of those worlds. When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me planning our next adventure, cheering on my kids at their activities, or spending time at the wine bar my husband and I own. I firmly believe life is too short to skip the adventure — or the Champagne.
